As a multi-disciplinary artist, my work investigates visual consciousness—the embodied process of seeing whereby vision functions as both lens and filter. I interrogate how perception emerges from systems of knowledge, power, and cultural conditioning that determine what becomes visible or remains concealed, revealing sight as contested terrain rather than neutral act.
My interdisciplinary research-drawing from phenomenology, critical theory and historical archives-manifests in object-making, space-making as social practice, and curatorial projects. Through this process, textual and material elements enter into dialogue, generating new physical and relational substrates that destabilize established architectures of representation.
This inquiry into visuality—how culture shapes what we see—generates new possibilities for understanding that demand multi-sensory. participatory engagement rather than passive consumption of conventional narratives.
